They aren’t objective and often have as much information about there defects and marketing flaws as their technical specs, but since they aren’t exclusively Apple you’ll also see profiles on the Mac clones, the Lisa, and NeXT cubes.
if you’re browsing around Craigslist or eBay and trying to see what might still have a use (or at least an interesting case) today. As a challenge, I tried to hook up the oldest Mac possible to an Ethernet network. I found an LC with Apple // card in it first, but there were some issues that made this a mildly undesirable combo.

camneerg was a Macintosh Plus, that had a ATT Green 9″ Screen, that got wired backward ( so its black on green, hence camneerg is greenmac backword ), was hooked up and running a webserver at L0pht for years.
